Which of the following may be bought under CPFIS-OA but NOT under CPFIS-SA? (a) Fund management accounts. (b) Exchange traded funds. (c) Endowment insurance policies. (d) Statutory Board Bonds bought in the secondary market. Which of the following are CORRECT?
RES 1B ch.6.2.1. The CPFIS-SA menu is fixed deposits, Singapore Government Bonds and Treasury Bills, Statutory Board Bonds in the secondary market, bonds guaranteed by the Singapore Government, annuities and endowment insurance policies. Fund management accounts, exchange traded funds, unit trusts, investment-linked products, shares, property funds, corporate bonds and gold are available under CPFIS-OA only.
Endowment policies and Statutory Board Bonds appear on both menus, which is what makes them useful distractors.
