Refund Policy

Each pass is a one-time payment that unlocks full access for a fixed period (1, 3 or 6 months). There is no subscription and nothing to cancel — your access simply ends when the period you paid for expires. You can see the exact expiry date on your dashboard.

Because access to the question bank and mock exams is delivered immediately, pass fees are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by law.

Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you contact us shortly after your payment and have made only minimal use of premium features, we may refund at our discretion. A refund revokes your remaining access.

If you believe you were charged in error or more than once, contact us and we will investigate and correct genuine errors promptly.

Submit a request through our feedback form using the email on your account and the date of payment. We aim to respond within a few business days.
