Terms: rewards are earned only when a new customer you referred completes a paid purchase (one $5 reward per friend). There is no cap on how much you can earn. Earnings are held for 3 days and are reversed if the purchase is refunded or disputed. Self-referrals and abuse are excluded. Once you have $10 available you can redeem it for a Grab or Starbucks eGift; each redemption cashes out your whole available balance in $10 steps, and any remainder stays in your balance. Vouchers are sent manually, usually within 1–2 business days. We may change or end this program at any time.
