Terms of Service

CMFASPrep provides practice questions, worked explanations, timed mock exams and progress tracking aligned to the public syllabi of the CMFAS examinations it covers. The Service is provided for study purposes only.

CMFASPrep is an independent study tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), the Singapore College of Insurance (SCI), the Institute of Banking and Finance Singapore (IBF) or any other official examination body. All practice questions are original study material written to match the public syllabus — they are not actual past papers from any examination body. We do not guarantee that using the Service will result in passing any examination.

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

Premium access is sold as a one-time pass, paid in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. Each pass grants access for a fixed window — 30 days (1-month pass), 90 days (3-month pass) or 180 days (6-month pass) — starting when the pass is activated. A pass is a single charge: it does not renew automatically and we do not charge your payment method again. When the window ends, access simply expires.

There is no subscription and nothing to cancel. If you buy another pass, the additional time stacks on top of any remaining access rather than replacing it. You can see your current expiry date on your dashboard. Prices may change with prior notice; any change applies only to future purchases.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

You may use the Service for your own personal exam preparation. You may not copy, scrape, resell, redistribute or publicly share the question content, share your account, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service. The content is protected by intellectual property rights and remains our property.

The Service and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Study material may contain errors and does not constitute legal, financial or professional advice. You are responsible for verifying current laws, regulations and MAS, SCI and IBF requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CMFASPrep and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for exam outcomes. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the three months before the claim.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
