Which of the following is NOT one of the five fair-dealing outcomes set out in MAS Guideline FAA-G11?
The five outcomes are: fair dealing central to corporate culture; products/services suitable for target clients; competent representatives giving quality advice; clear, relevant and timely information; and independent, effective and prompt complaints handling. Guaranteeing a positive return on every product is not an outcome — and would breach the rules against guaranteeing performance.
A, B and C are genuine outcomes; the false one is the guaranteed-return statement.
