Which statement about CareShield Life coverage and enrolment is correct?
CareShield Life (introduced 2020, Government-administered) gives worldwide payouts for as long as one has severe disability, with lifetime cover once premiums are fully paid (by age 67 or 10 years, whichever is longer). Those born in 1980 or later are automatically covered; those born in 1979 or earlier may opt in if they do not have a severe disability.
Cover is worldwide and lifelong, and premiums stop (they are not payable forever); older cohorts opt in rather than being auto-enrolled.
